This policy explains how MOTORGARDE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202549864D) ("Motorgarde", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you use our valuation form, WhatsApp, call or email us, we may collect:

• your name and phone number
• your car's plate number, mileage and other details you share about the car
• anything else you choose to tell us in your messages

How we use it

• to give you a valuation and reply to your enquiry
• to provide our consignment service, including marketing your car, arranging viewings and completing the sale
• to arrange related services you ask for, such as financing, insurance or a VEP application
• to keep records required by law

We only contact you on the number you give us, about your car and our services. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share your data only where needed to do what you asked, for example with:

• prospective buyers, limited to the details needed for a viewing or sale, with your agreement
• banks, financing and insurance providers, and government agencies such as the Land Transport Authority, when completing a transaction
• service providers who help run this website and handle form submissions, who must keep your data secure

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us using it, at any time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide our service to you.
