This website gives general information about our car consignment service and lets you request a valuation or contact us. It is not an offer or a contract to sell or buy any vehicle.

Valuations

Any valuation or price range we give, whether through this website, WhatsApp or by phone, is an indicative estimate based on the information you provide and current market conditions. It is not a guaranteed sale price. The final price depends on the vehicle's actual condition and what a buyer agrees to pay.

Consignment

If you decide to consign your car with us, the terms of that arrangement, including the agreed price, consignment period and how we are paid, will be set out in a separate written agreement between you and Motorgarde. That agreement takes priority over anything on this website.

Car listings

We take care to describe vehicles accurately, but listing details, prices and availability may change without notice and may contain errors. Please confirm all details with us and inspect the vehicle before making any decision to buy. A listing is not a binding offer to sell.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information when you contact us or use our forms.
• Do not misuse the website, for example by sending spam, false enquiries or harmful code.

Content and trademarks

The text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to Motorgarde or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

This website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
